As a student who is/was involved in basically everything I can/could possibly be involved in, I know what it’s like to deal with stress. It’s definitely not an easy thing to deal with. But I’ll share with you some things I have learned along the way. Most of my stress comes from having a gazillion things to do, so that is what I’ll share about.
The first thing I do when I get stressed is write down everything I need to do. I will put them in order of importance and start at the top. This may only help a little with stress, so here are a few more things. I also like to take breaks, even if I know I don’t have time to take long breaks. This helps calm me down. Finally, something that didn’t work for me, but might work for you is yoga. The reason it didn’t work for me is because I could find a time to do it, but if your stress doesn’t come from a busy schedule, it may work. Good Luck!
